HOW I WISH YOU WOULD LET ME POST WITH ZERO STARS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After ordering and receiving our items last week, the order had totally wrong sizes in it and they had replaced size 14/16's with size 24's. After contacting them straightaway, we are here a week later still waiting for our additional items that we had to purchase at a cost of 177. They reckon their customer service is top notch but actually will only reply to emails, cut you off during online chats when you are trying to get the matter sorted and refuse to help with concerns when you try to call them. Even now, they cannot assure us that our items will be dispatched today even though we have it in an email from last week. Yet nobody will take responsibility for this huge mess they have created. Take your money and spend it elsewhere, there are far better companies out there whose customer service team actually want to help. And if anyone actually wants to read my copy of the online chat then please feel free to contact me, I'd be happy to let you read their \excellent\ customer service responses to our concerns!!

To all the shopkeepers out there I would advise you please do not buy from this wholesaler. The quality of there product is so bad When I phoned the customer service the staff told me for returning you have to do it online or email But before send back the goods do read our return policy it says we charge 35% for restocking and you have to arrange your own transport The staff even said I have has no idea how the return works you have to contact them by email or online She is saying she has no knowledge how to contact return team Lastly I have lost money I would please please advise people out there not to buy from here If you do decide to buy keep in mind if you’re returning you will be charged 35% plus to transport And the quality Products is not that good NOT WORTH THE HASSLE
Simply cannot offer stars to this company (I had to give one for it to allow me to post this!!!) because they are shocking!! I had items missing from my order that they didn’t tell me about, a month later I am still chasing the money for the missing items that they have said they didn’t actually have in stock, so it’s their fault not mine. They hand you off to other areas of their ‘departments’ which is probably just one person sending you on a wild goose chase in hope you give up and they can keep your Money!!! Essentially stealing! Disgusting customer service, I would never treat my customers the way they are.
I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I decided to try them, instead of my usual wholesaler. Thought their products looked good and reasonably priced. So I ordered some products costing just over 200. When they arrived, I was alarmed to see the poor quality of the items, I wouldn't be able to sell them to my customers, I would be ashamed, I have an excellent reputation. So requested to return items, which they agreed. I returned items at my own cost, then after a lot of tooing and froing, they gave me a refund of 118 and refuse to give me the rest of my money
Place about 700 worth of orders ... all delivered. Wrong orders, very bad quality alot in Asia size .. then sent all back next day had to pay for delivery charge .. then only got refunded half the money cos not fall into THEIR return policy.. This company is scam their website is all fake they deliberately send out wrong items to get your money then refused to refund.. will be seeking companies advice bureau about this .. its wrong
