Dragons Breath

Needed a car gone a.s.a.p. called them just after 08:30. Just after 09:30 they were at my house. My street is quite tricky for large vehicles, but they made it look easy. Car was gone in 5-10 mins all paperwork done. Very happy with the service. And very polite and helpful. Thanks guys!

Had an appalling experience trying to scrap my car. Was assured I would be contacted when they were on their way to collect my vehicle. Heard nothing from them. No confirmation that my vehicle had been collected, took me ringing them to find out it had been taken and been scrapped. Would have been very helpful if they had just sent a quick whatsapp message to confirm they had the vehicle. Very stressful process.

Very poor customer service skills and lack of knowledge on parts police had to be called due to a member of staff being aggressive !

Get 20% more for your car elsewhere. Quoted me 150 for my car, I drove it in next morning and they said because the price of scrap changes daily only 120. Yet when I phoned businesses in Barry, Penarth and Swansea during my 3 mile walk home they all said 150 and they could collect.
