Staff is rude, first they are behind you to place orders and all and once the order is placed no proper status tracking, no contact info of the person delivering, basically no idea when the delivery be done, they don’t speak nicely once you make the payment. Shop’s Behaviour needs to be changed.

My wife sent me a greeting card that looked like was printed off a later jet printer and old paper folded. Red velvet cake was bland, too dry and just sugar taste. Very bad experience.

If you want to spoil some one's day... Order from them. Stale flowers... Used wrappings and unprofessional staff!! Ferns and Petals should take away their franchisee from them. Spoiling their name and also the name of the city.

Pathetic quality of flowers received. Also the representative(Rashmi Gupta) was horrendous to talk to. Stated that the flowers she was selling was of no better quality. She kept disconnecting calls one after the other.The shop should be shut permanently and their license should be revoked .

I have ordered many a times from FnP, every time there is some or the other flaw, be it the wrapping paper or quality of the cake. Just want to say that, don't go with the pictures they post on their website. the product comes out to be the 3rd or 4th copy of the picture you see!! Not at all worth the price they charge! The least you guys can do is to send fresh flowers, if you cannot replicate the picture you share on website. You need to understand the customers expectation! Overpriced!!!!
