The owners of the shop are arrogant however you might not need to talk to them as the sales persons will deal with you and you will meet the owners at payment counter, and dare not to ask for discount because there are boards at almost every feasible locations stating 'FIX PRICE'. Asking for discount piss their minds off as they think it is the waste of time. If you are blessed enough you might see the smile on the owners face, however the sales staff is helpful and friendly (God bless them).
