Just returned from our first holiday on Jacaranda. We all had a fantastic time and loved every minute. The boat is very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone. The owners are very helpful and happily answered any questions we had. After the initial tour of the boat, Garry stayed with us through the first lock to ensure that we were confident with what to do. We decided to follow the Llangollen canal and experienced gorgeous countryside as well as the Chirk tunnel and breath taking Pontcysytlle Aqueduct. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed a well deserved first holiday of the year on Jacaranda. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. The handover from Garry was informative and easy to follow with additional information in the manual on board with contact numbers as needed. This proved to be useful due to a problem with one of the Loo's which Garry responded to quickly and was sorted equally as efficiently, with as little disturbance to our holiday as possible. Our crew of four found Jacaranda comfortable, clean and spacious. An enjoyable experience on the canal, I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
Had a fantastic week , in the narrow boat, nicely appointed and beautifully heated, used it as our mobile “bubble” even though its 69 foot long, Loads of space for 6 people - 3 double bedrooms and good separation between the rooms for sleeping. Found lovely places to eat along the canal, all thoroughly enjoyed the change of pace. A great way to wind down from modern life. Will be booking for next year.
We have hired Jacaranda several times, most recently 18-25 July 2020. The whole family have always had a lovely relaxing holiday each visit. Beds are comfortable and are already made-up as singles or doubles (your preference). Plenty of routes to take depending on how energetic the crew feel (Locks). In my experience Garry is always available if you need help or have any queries. Recommended.
