Very beautiful. Have friends living here. Visit them not too often because the neighbors complain all the time. No privacy! Although people are very friendly always with a smile. Very clean! Has parking garage. Surprisingly No pool for the residents! Great views! Hurricane safe!

I can understand that during this pandemic times we have to follow the rules to keep residents safe, but the front desk employees should manage better English to understand what means ot detected \, also they took serious attribution that I don't think is in their competence.

Whittier Manor - everything is beautiful, the staff and residents are very very friendly, and the place is perfectly run. This is in an independent condo. They are currently wrapping up a refurbishment of the exterior and are doing a fantastic job.

3 stars shows our level of frustration with Jacaranda Trace / Cadbury Park. Mom moved in 3 months ago. We wanted a place that would keep her safe from falling, and feel like home. The onsite staff is always friendly and helpful. The place is clean and feels safe. We are local and visit twice a week. A disconnect between nursing and management has plagued us since day 1. Mom can hardly walk so we agreed to use their onsite nursing/doctor. Nursing repeatedly drops the ball. Management says the nurses don't work for them, what does that mean? Nursing seems incapable of following moms medical directive. They randomly order tests we haven't approved. We found a 500 bill lying in her room. Did they really think an 87 year old dementia patient with Parkinson's was going to pay it? To add insult to injury, nursing never supplied the lab with insurance info. They did however mange to make sure she got billed. We had to clean up that mess. Management quotes us sound policy, but nursing seldom does it that way. Human error? Apathy? Overworked? Incompetence? Who knows. Whatever the excuse, it's unprofessional.
