Great service very professional and helpful. Very punctual and not rushing etc. Especially on a weekend thanks guys. Assisting repair for dustbin gate which makes so much noise due to misuse of illegal parking and squatting, also recommended by staff they will repair the fire brigade gate and dustbin gate to avoid criminal elements using the alley as an office. Fantastic - I spoke to MQ about the last comment and believe it was totally wrong, they quoted the works and this was agreed - once works are quoted and agreed it doesnot matter how long the job takes as long as is it done to a high standard. I had work done with MQ Metal i had windows in my flat and metal fabricated posts and a beautiful balcony made. Not only was the cost reasonable the service was perfect. The engineers turned up on time and were professional and polite. The workmanship was second to none. I cannot recommend their service from start to finish the communication was fab Some people just like to moan - I would say give MQ Metal a try and they wont disappoint
From start to finish MQ have been extremely helpful, keeping me update of works from survey to drawing and when my items were ready and when they were going to be installed. The workers who attended were polite and dedicated and worked a whole day which is very rare. I could thoroughly recommend MQ Metal Fabrication, my new railings look absolutely fantastic

Very poor customer service - promised an installation date which was delayed - then two further dates broken and i'm still no closer to them committing to a date for installation. Constantly having to chase and hassle them. Very Very poor.
