I just leased my 3rd Audi from Jack Daniels Upper Saddle River & have to say that the customer service is the best it's ever been. The team i dealt with there, Ariel, who was my salesperson & Shawn, the sales manager worked the numbers in order to meet my needs. They were easy to work with, stayed present & focused on my deal & I felt like it was important to them that my experience was positive. Within 2 days I drove out with my new Q5 & i love the car. I highly recommend this dealership & will definitely continue as a customer.

Went in for a test drive with plans to order a car for February. Walked out with a brand new car and one heck of a deal with out all the usual nonsense that car dealers pull. Pleasantly surprised. Love the car. Was just disappointed that for 80k they ran our of key chains to give me. But if that’s the biggest issue i have i am thrilled

I just picked up my car for a warranty repair that I scheduled for a check engine. I got charged 180 diagnostic fee so they could tell me my front running light was out, really they could not look at the light on the dash? Please note this was not to replace the bulb it was just to tell me I need a light. I specifically asked them not to do anything other work other than the check engine light. When my wife went into drop off the car they told her that they would need to charge a fee but if the car was under warranty I would not be charged. It was under warranty good right, no we are dealing with Jack Daniels so their sensor picked a bad light so they said I owe them. I am sure they charged Audi for the same fee as they needed to do the diagnostic for the warranty claim. When you spend the money, we all do on a car like this you do expect good and fair service and not to be robed. The last time the car was in they pulled a little different trick and they got me on the same light and that was why when I called, I told them not to do anything else. My wife also has a text that say the same thing from her. I have another story about a service when they got me on a free service, but I got stuck paying full price. Another time they forgot to add my diesel fluid and unless I found a dealership in upstate NY the car would not make it home so had to pay for it out of pocket. See a trend? I could go on so let my mistakes help guide you to stay away from at least Jack Daniels Audi and I would recommend staying away from Audi all together. This was my 3rd Audi but sadly it will be my last.

When its your time to shop for a new or used car, you need to head on to and shop at Jack Daniels Audi of Upper Saddle River. And, if you are lucky enough, you will be helped by Ava Park - sale's person extraordinaire! She made the whole shopping experience a pleasurer, a word you don't usually associate with car shopping. She went above and beyond to make sure I always was well informed. From researching and finding the right car, dealing with finance manager (Carlos Amaya was great as well) and finally to purchasing my car.
