Came here around 11:00 pm with about 4-5 other cars last night and all the drive through lights were on as well as the open sign in the door, and we all waiting in the drive through waiting for someone to answer while there were workers inside the building and no one came, finally after a car honked someone came to the window and told me they close at 10 for right now, which is no problem, but they should at least post somewhere, or maybe turn off their sign that says open, so we aren’t all waiting around for no reason. Or at least let us know your closed through the window when you see us all driving through and waiting for someone

I don’t know if I’ll ever return to this place. The lady was nice taking our order. However, in our 15 minutes of being there we don’t think we’ll ever come back. If we do, it won’t be for a long time. The lady was yelling at another employee (something about how it shouldn’t take that long, just put it in the microwave) while helping a customer. A couple minutes later she yelled to another employee to stop complaining because she stayed late past her shift yesterday. Then just before we left they seemed to be angry that a customer in the drive thru wouldn’t pull forward. How do I know all of this? Because they were loud, walking quickly back and forth, and the few of us inside eating all turned to see what was going on every time someone yelled. On top of all of this, the eating area was very dirty and doesn’t look like anyone cleaned up after the lunch rush. We thought someone smelled like smoke inside and then our questions were answered when we went to leave. Edit: I should add in that the quality of the food overall wasn’t terrible. The fries could have been better but not so terrible that I didn’t eat them. However, I was impressed that the sandwich I ordered with NO tomato was indeed correct. Usually I still end up getting tomato.

Probably one of the worst experiences with a drive through. Never before have I ever got into a verbal argument at a drive through window. Beyond my order being wrong. They had the order wrong for the car in front of me. After the driver dug through the bag. I watched the employee take the fries out of the back and place them back on the fry rack. They them put those fries into my bag. I told the employee that I did not want the fried that the car in front of me touched. The employee rudely told me “we have it under control” and close the door on me. Also when confronted with my order being wrong she told me that it was right and I was wrong. I will never be back to this jack in the box.

Order my food took about 15 minutes after I paid before I got food. I order 4 taco's and a sourdough jack. The sandwich was not prepared correctly and was barely warm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to turn back around and say something as I was just passing through Troy on my way home. The taco's were fine though.

Waiting for our order took a life time...i could literally feel my self aging... floors were so greasy i almost fell on my face and instead of fixing the problem they just put wet floor signs up all over. When we finally got our food it was cold!
