2 stars: The instructors are amazing and truly gifted with small kiddos who aren't always happy to be in the pool. We've had Bill each time and he is phenomenal! My only gripe is this: we had a 9:00 class (first class of the day,) and the employees showed up 5 minutes late 9 of the 10 weeks. In a 30 minute class, that's a pretty substantial chunk of time. Over the course on the season, that adds up to 45 minutes (9 weeks of late starts multiplied by 5 minutes late) of class time I paid for but no one was there. That's a class and a half! Frustrating. I drive 40 minutes to get to Jack Splash (because the instructors are really that great) and am able to get there on time/early each week. I doubt the employees/owner live quite that far away... UPDATE: 5 stars! It's been about a year since my first review. We ended up taking another 9:00 class (it was the only time slot that was available for the class we wanted.) The employees have been early EVERY single class. Awesome work! The instructors continue to be very gifted and beyond kind with kids of all skill levels! Highly recommend!!

Such a wonderful experience at Jack Splash Swim School. Nicole her instructor was amazing. She made the class so fun for the kids and helped my daughter push through her fears of being in the water without touching the bottom. Thank you so much!

I have been bringing the kids to Jack Splash for years. The teachers have been great, the pool is heated, kids really enjoy and look forward to going. Facility is generally clean, small critique showers sometimes run out of hot or even warm water probably because they can't keep up with the number of kids coming through. I would and do recommend them to others.

The staff have always been awesome, the heated pool is something that has spoiled my kid. The teachers there do what they can to challenge you kid to improve their skills and techniques.
