I was apprehensive when I arrived after reading previous reviews as I was using a wowcher voucher. I did pay extras but I was very open to this as Stella explained it all to me and I was happy with that as it still worked out a lot cheaper than other places. (I could have said no if I wanted). Stella and the team were very friendly towards me, I really liked the vibe. Stella made my hair feel and look 10/10. Walked out very happy!

I had to pay extra 20. I had Half-head highlights, not the full head as in the offer. It hasn’t been done from the roots as it should be done so I’ll have to go to the hairdresser sooner than I expected.. The haircut wasn’t even and a hairdresser pulled my hair when combing. I had to call a few times to book an appointment. I can not recommend that place...

I had booked a wowcher deal for Keratin blow dry which cost 37 once i arrived i was alarmed by the way i was treated as soon as i sat down Kaha who is one of the hairdressers there exclaimed it will cost me 45 more on top as my hair is long and that you have to pay FROM 10 depending on her decision on how long your hair is. Very bad energy in here i was treated appallingly and the energy in their was horrid I would never come back here even if someone paid me. Its a rip off there is no information of these hidden charges, when asked to explain she said you can get your money back if you want when i travelled far and did not expect this kind of treatment they should not advertise on wowcher with their fake promotions and bad energy environment. Find a different Salon you will pay less and be treated like a customer should be treated.
