Very happy with the service I received here and would definitely be back for any work needed. My tech, Jordan, was very knowledgeable and direct and did not try to upsell me anything I did not need - as well as finding out where that smell was coming from. Jack's will see me again for sure!

We were in a tough spot as my son was on the island and we were in Ontario. His front tires had gone bald due to poor alignment. Made a call and reception and staff were awesome. They sourced tires and put a rush in for next day delivery. Spoke to Jordan who made a spot in his calendar to fix alignment and get tires installed. Fantastic friendly service fixed him up for a very good price and sent him on his way safely. Thank you, much appreciated.
