AseraCare took the absolute best care of my father. The nurses were never bothered by the late night phone calls and did visits multiple times after hours and in the wee hours of the morning. The staff went above and beyond to meet the needs of not only my father, but also my entire family. I believe it was nothing but the good Lord that led us to AseraCare! I can only pray that others who are facing such a difficult time will have AseraCare to help guide them through their journey. We owe them more than we could ever express.

I thought we had chosen the perfect hospice but when things really mattered, they failed us miserably and my brother died alone. The nurses were not available in a timely manner, nor did they recognize the transition. We were also told by the nursing home staff that they had told the hospice staff that he was transitioning. Very upset and hurt that the poor judgement and timing of the hospice nurses meant dying alone for my brother. Sorry but your staff failed and our hearts are broken.
