We recently contracted Baker Builders for a home improvement project. The improvements included new windows, siding, a deck and some concrete work. They were very helpful during the planning phase by providing us with alternatives for our consideration. As the project moved forward a schedule for material order/delivery and construction was developed, and periodic progress reports were provided. The project is complete and the house looks great. The project was completed on schedule, hassle free and the quality of the work met or exceeded our expectations. Oh, did I mention the cleanup. We hired Baker Builders to do a complete renovation of our kitchen and master bathroom. Everyone on their team is professional, respectful and highly skilled. Their work is completed on schedule and is very high quality. We were so pleased, we added a finished basement to the project which turned out amazing.
After interviewing several builders, including Baker Builders, it became apparent that Aaron and his crew would be our choice to demolish our old lake cottage and build our new custom home. We worked well with Amy and Aaron going over the details of the new construction in light of the pandemic. Updates were provided with photos and emails as we live out of state. The quality of our new home is outstanding, well built, warm, comfortable, beautiful and will provide a wonderful lake property for our family now and for the next generation. We highly recommend Baker Builders for any construction project you may be considering.
I met with a few other builders before deciding on going with you guys. The discussions we had on the process made me believe you guys were the right choice. My gut feeling was right and the building experience was very good. Communication throughout the winter was excellent - letting me know everything that was going on and updates on timing were great. Suggestions for changes to make the home better were appreciated. Materials used for the home were better than expected - no shortcuts. We had 4 homes built for us and were all successful experiences. You guys kept your word and built us a fantastic home. Thank you very much.
We had a smaller flooring job in our kitchen/dining room because of a frozen pipe. Baker Builder did an EXCELLENT job from the demo to the new floor. All of the contractors they used were top notch! The best part about our experience was the communication. We were in the loop at EVERY turn, and if I had any questions at all, Aaron and Kevin were a text away. Thanks guys it looks AMAZING!!!
