Absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings. Tonight my son's food came out 10 mins before mine. When I got my order it was cold. Our waitress was so sweet and had my order replaced fresh. Really appreciate her kindness

All American burger was fye and reasonably price during lunchtime. Wanted some buffalo chips but they're discontinued. Got the potato wedges instead and they were equally as good. If you're looking for an alternative to the wings, you can try the burgers!
We had a party of 6 and we had to wait so long for refills for drinks. Our appetizers came out after waiting for a long time. Our food came out at different times. My husbands came out after everyone was basically finished eating. When we finally got refills it was not correct. My order was not correct and was cold. Then when we went to get our ticket our waitress had messed up our ticket and we had to wait longer. And to put the cherry on top our waitress accidentally charged us for the other people at our table. It was a 9 difference she asked if she wanted us to fix it but by that time we were all annoyed and did not want to spend more time there.
service was bad tonight. Our youngest didn't get his order until 30 minutes after ours, and after asking about it multiple times. Refills were only taken care of because we ask another waiter to assist. They weren't as busy as usual either.
