Leslie and her team are wonderful, my grandfather has took a turn for the worst really quick we live 8 hours away and their home care pays for 5 hours a day, with my grandaddy getting worse my grandmother has fallen and now needs help also they are a team and with them both being down they need help and she needs someone there to assist with everyday needs where she can be there beside my grandaddy. Leslie's team has come in and been remarkable they have made them feel so comfortable when she fell we had to up their hours and Comfort sleepers of Jackson TN got it set up extremely quick at the last min. Now we are having a few more issues that have come up with my grandmother and grandaddy is getting worse and while grandma was in the ER was called to get them 24 hr care until she can get back on her feet and Leslie with in a few hours had it handeled and they had someone their that night . so they have went from 5 hrs to 10 hrs to 24 hours and Comfort Keepers of Jackson TN has made sure everything has been very smooth with them and they ladies that they have had have all been great . we just want to let everyone know our experience has been remarkable .

Comfort Keepers has been with my grandmother which has been a blessing. The caring staff members have come to be extended family. We have never had an issue other than not having them come sooner than we did.
