I am so grateful a place like Coterie exists in Jackson. Michelle is amazing! I signed up for the free assessment and brought my daughter along just to watch in case she would be interested. Michelle had us both on the ropes and machines and ended up giving my daughter some amazing pointers for her dance classes! We’ve signed up for some additional classes and we are very excited to become a part of this amazing community of likeminded people ️

What a great time! Kyli did an awesome job! It's the most fun I've had since my Army days. I learned a lot, and had even more fun. The intensity was no joke, but attainable. Just over 24 hours and I'm still feeling it in all the targeted groups. Can't wait for the next session!

I have worked with Michelle and Marina. I love my one on one sessions with both. I have also been in class with 2 others with Michelle. I'm an older student and it takes a bit longer to catch on, and that's okay with both of them! Give Coterie a try you won't be disappointed! I promise. You will be amazed at the things you thought you couldn't do

My reformer session at Coterie was such a great experience! I was physically and mentally challenged, without straining my body in a way that my at-gym workouts tend to do. I would highly recommend this place for women who want to strengthen their core, feel empowered by others, and be gentle with their body AND get stronger!
