Professional experienced staff! It was my family's first time rafting and they explained all the safety we needed. Our guide was was friendly and very experienced knowing the route and pointing out wildlife on the way. We rafted the fourth of July and it was booked, but everything ran like clock work. The staff even pulled the bus over on the way back and took pictures for us with the river behind us. Great experience all the way around. We would love to raft with you again! The professional photographer at Lunchbox was a plus to capture our adventure!

My wife and I were on vacation in Jackson hole Wyoming. To go see Yellowstone’s in the Local surroundings. As we rolled into town we noticed Dave Hansen’s river raft. I went inside to ask him several question about the tour as my wife is handicap. They came outside and talk to my wife and after a couple questions. My wife was very happy and pleased with there answers. Needless to say we booked a tour. We were supposed to take the tour on Tuesday, July 28, 2020. But due to it raining all day that day they canceled all the tours. They were willing to give us a full refund no questions asked due to the weather. But we decided to rebook and schedule for the next day. The 8 o’clock tour. Needless to say we had a blast. My wife had an easy time getting in and out of the boat. Our tour guide was awesome. He had been in the business for over 14 years doing tours in rapid tours. On the snake river. He had a vast knowledge of the local surroundings and pointing out the wildlife we have seen moose 10 to 15 bald eagles cattle and other things along with Beaver lodges. I highly recommend this tour for anybody coming in to Jackson hole and wanting to have an adventure And memories you’ll never forget. I tip my hat off to Dave Hansen and company. For the awesome job looking forward to doing it with family and friends in the future. From the bottom of my hearts we thank you.

The guide Ryan was excellent. He interacted with our family in a fun way. He shared some insightful details about the scenic area we went through. I would highly recommend floating with him. I can’t give them five stars as we had two interactions, over the phone and in person, with a female staff member and she was rude. Overall we enjoyed the trip and would use the company again.

If you’re looking for an introductory experience to white water rafting, these guys are it! Really great customer service and a smoothly run operation. You’ll be on level 2/3 rapids on the snake river. On the bus, it takes about 40 minutes to get to the drop off location. They have suits, jackets, and booties for rent. The water is cold. We went early September and it was in the low 60s (warmest it will get), so I’d say if you get cold easily, go for the wetsuit and jacket. We did get to see a bald eagle and otters. If you’re looking for a something a little more legit, I’d make sure the rapids are at least a level 3, and you’d have to wear a helmet. We were a little disappointed at how calm the majority of the trip was.

Chose the low key raft trip because the wife was trying to avoid too much excitement. Worth the price. Very impressed with our guide. Understated but very capable. There was actually some white water on our supposedly serene trip. We were supposed to stay dry but 2 Young people ( my kids 16,25)slipped into the water And hung on the side of the raft for a more exciting experience and were assisted easily back into the boat by the guide- who knew what he was doing. He explained that he was an EMT and was trained to bring people out of the water single-handedly. I was very impressed with him and with the organization that employed him. I peppered him with all sorts of questions and he gave very intelligent answers about the region,the way of life of Jackson hole, Hunting elk, and other topics. I’m from New York City and I’m not easily impressed - but I was this time.

Roger and the DH crew were great. I had a tight schedule and the office staffed worked to get me in on short notice. It was an amazing adventure. I can't recommend Daven Hansen enough. Roger was extremely knowledgeable about the area and graciously answered all of our questions. The office staff and bus drivers made us all feel safe with the additional precautions in place for the pandemic. Thank you so much for the memories.

We had a great time working our rafting trip with Dave Hansen Whitewater rafting. Everything was managed professionally. We were transported to the river in a bus and I was quite impressed at how careful the driver was , I felt quite safe as he transported us to the river. We were divided into groups and turned over to an experienced rafting guide who made sure we understood all the safety measures of rafting. We had a great time on the river going through the Rapids and enjoying the scenery. I felt this company provided a successful experience for us and I would recommend them.

We had a great time white water rafting on the Snake River with Dave Hansen Trips. Very professional and well organized. They took good precautions for COVID-19. Most of all, Caleigh our guide made our trip. She was fun, upbeat, and made sure that all the people in our boat had a great time. She made a point to remember everyone by name, and made great conversation with all. I will definitely return.
