Had the best time. Sat at the bar, the team there couldn’t be more fun and helpful. Everything was amazing. Cocktails better than anything I tried in New York, pasta was like a trip to Italy and the vibe was like hanging in your cool friends house. Can’t wait to come back.

The white bean spread was reminiscent of my time spent in Tuscany as a young aspiring artist, when the nuns used to spoon feed us roasted white beans by the ladle. I look back to those times and think what my life could have been if I had only majored in something other than cosmetology, but I digress. The fire roasted squash with ricotta and pumpkin seeds was certainly appealing, however I could sense that the ricotta was not hand-churned as I usually prefer. The broccolini, not to be confused with its better know cousin—broccoli—was only bettered by its true star, the elegantly blistered lemon that accompanied it. Of course, this pales in comparison to the pesto Gigli, a pasta so disorienting one would think they mistakenly ordered clams. And while we are on the topic of peculiar shaped foods, I commend the chef on their preparation of the wild foraged mushrooms, a truly tentacular specimen. The terroir of these little umami puffs exploded onto the palate like melted butter with every morsel. My compliments to the chef.

We had an amazing dinner and experience at Glorietta’s. Our waitress, Jazzy (hopefully I spelled it correctly), was extremely friendly and gave us plenty of details about the food options as we had many questions. She and the manager went above and beyond to remedy a wine situation. The food was delicious - the elk bolognese was recommend and was a great choice. The atmosphere felt very inviting and cozy, almost like you were going over to your family’s house for a meal. This was one of highlights that made our trip to Jackson Hole one we will not forget.

Wonderful little restaurant right at our hotel! Loads of different options on the menu to appeal to all walks of life. Make sure to make your reservations early during Covid times because this charming restaurant fills up fast! Megan took great care of us at the bar—she was wonderful!

We had such a good experience. Reservations were easy to make on Resy, and the table was ready for us as soon as we walked in the door. Our server Alyssa was awesome. She let us take our time ordering but was never far away if we needed anything. Cocktails, wine, and food were great!
