On Thanksgiving Day, I was unhappy with the Thanksgiving meal I ordered from Gourmet Your Way. In the past, I have always been highly impressed with how delicious their food is, which is why I was so surprised with the incident. The owner called me the very next morning to remedy the situation in the most professional and compassionate manner. His customer service was impeccable! I cannot thank him enough for the kindness and authenticity he showed toward the situation. Again, thank you for going above and beyond my expectations!
Good people
They are great. The food tastes great. It is always fresh, no matter if you pick it up or if they deliver. They have lots of choices. They will be catering our Christmas party again this year. The staff is helpful and professional.
