Everything nice and clean the way I LOVE it. They even stocked my room with a weeks worth of towels for my extended stay. Love this!

Good room for a good price. It appears precautions are being taken against COVID both in the lobby and the rooms. Although the room appears clean, the AC looks neglected, dirty, a little hairy and a bit moldy which is not good, especially with COVID currently being a concern. Every thing else is good. Currently they are offering grab and go breakfast as well. I would stay again if they start paying attention to the cleanliness of the AC units in the rooms.
After driving around looking for places to stay I called the Hampton Inn and explained our situation to reservations and to my surprise they were able to make accommodations for us and even set everything up over the phone leaving details on the computer. Upon our arrival everything was easy going for us and up to our suite we went, king size bed, queen sofa bed, flat screen tv, WiFi, continental breakfast, 6am to 11 the works. I recommend this place. Clean and very organized, professional people and lovely. A
Super friendly staff. Very clean and awesome breakfast in the morning. Our family will be staying here again if we're ever in town again.
This hotel is dirty and unkept! Checked in to our room today, we should have caught a clue when our door did not have the cleaning seal on it. The bath tub was full of some kind of bugs, we quickly exited and went to get another room. Next room, 2 dead bugs, shower not clean, if you walk without walks things stick to your feet the carpet is not clean/vacuumed. Shower was dirty. Toilet won’t flush. Light bulbs are out. Remote looks horrible with something stuck all over it and does not work. The hotel hallways need vacuuming. We noticed janitorial carts around, vacuum in hall, but no one cleaning. This is day one of a three day stay... can’t wait!
If I could give zero stars, I would. After driving 6 hours through inclement weather, with 3 very tired kids, we arrived here during checkin period - only to find out they had canceled our room and given it to someone else. We then spent the next hour sitting in our car calling multiple other hotels to try & find a room for the night. We are frequent travelers, and will never stay at another Hampton Inn again.
Customer service was outstanding! Room was good. Very hospitable.
The hotel was noisy had to call front desk for neighbors. It wasn't as clean out well maintained as expected. Air conditioner didn't perform well. Smoke detectors had been removed and placed in the closet. Breakfast issues; no decaf coffee and milk was warm. Staff was friendly as a plus.
