No fridge or microwave in the room. It was clean and people were friendly. But for the price the amenities are better else where

All in all, a very nice experience. The staff has been very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean and updated. The breakfast, all though not the largest selection I’ve ever seen at a continental breakfast, was quite good. The pool is not huge, but again clean and well maintained. I really felt that the price of the room was reasonable, and for a family of four like mine, it was money well spent. I would happily stay here again in the future.

Me an my guest found a cockroach in our room. Causing us to go through all our luggage. In turn being by late for all of are errands that day. Unsatisfied and may never return. Staff thought it wasn't a big deal. Cockroach's unbelievable!!!!

When we lost power and it was hot we had to find a place to stay. We have 2 large dogs and almost all hotels discriminate against large size dogs. But we have a old guy who can't handle the heat. We called Hampton Inn and not only did she say they were fine but no extra charge! I wasn't sure what to expect but to my surprise the rooms were so clean! The staff is super friendly. Rooms were very comfortable. This will be our go to place in Jackson for circumstances like this and we will be looking for Hampton Inn with and without our dogs. Plus their covid cleaning measures were very nice! Sealing the rooms after cleaning is awesome! Thank you!

Very accomodating and friendly staff! I'm very satisfied with my stay. Though the area is infamous for being not a safe area, I still think the hotel is still a great choice. You just have to be prudent, stay in the hotel and not stay out late if not necessary. Due to the pandemic, housekeeping is suspended and no hot breakfast available but that is understandable and in fact for everyone's safety. You could request housekeeping service if needed and supplies are provided upon request. Breakfast to go is also available.
