I purchased my vehicle from here so I feel it only right to take it back for all maintenance. Well it has been 3 years and for the last few visit the service has been poor. Leaving my vehicle nasty. Half doing the maintenance. I take my vehicle back even if days has passed because before I took my GMC Yukon Denali to be serviced I wasn't experiencing the issue upon leaving. I gave a 3 because the service in taker person who write up the form does whatever necessary to try and fix the mess up. He know my name. Even after traveling the world for over a year. He still knew me. He also know I am for REAL when doing business. I want the service I pay for because I do have to pay.
