They don't even deserve one star. Overpriced. Will NOT work with you and terrible service all around. One of the most infamous and hated companies in the Mid South and they know it due to them having heavily armed gunmen(police) at their facilities.

They don't care about their community they will cut u off in the summer don't care about a pandemic out here they cut me off for a past due amount of 75.76. I paid it literally a hour after it got cut off and here it is 2 hours later and still no water and its 90 degrees out

My mother and I have quarantined at my sister's house for the last few months as she recovered from an invasive surgery and therefore asked us to help her around the home. So my mom and I turned off our service until we returned. Made no sense to pay a light bill if we weren't there. JEA DID NOT say anything about being charged another 300 deposit for a house we've been living in for 2 years on top of another 50 reconnection fee. I just want to leave this review amidst the COVID 19 crisis especially since I'm still waiting for a response about unemployment assistance.. My mother is on oxygen full time and I am absolutely disgusted at the amount of greed and nerve this company has. Like many Tennessee residents and I lost my job and I'm barely able to make enough money to pay rent and keep food on the table. If they were looking to get a portion of my economic Impact payment, I still haven't received it. Thanks Jackson Energy Authority for showing your true colors.
