Clean room, good reception-- very personable. Only complaint? On a horrible side of the street if visiting before the snow melts. Parking lot was covered in ice and very slippery!! Granted, this isn't an issue hotel staff could have fixed. The lobby in the hotel is also very cute and inviting!

The gal at the front desk was great! But she was the only nice thing about that place! First off, looks nothing like the pictures, pool was closed and hot tub closed for maintenance on a Sunday...room stunk and no hot water. Oh and don’t bother trying to talk to the manger...they won’t waste their time. Save your money...we left and found a way nicer hotel for less!!!

This is a great little lodge. The beds are nice and comfortable. The shower was nice and hot with lots of water pressure. And like only 5-10min walk from the shops and food. I will definitely stay here again for the price.

The room stunk! There was a hole in the door from someone punching it. No hot water after one person showered. We rented a 2 bedroom suite and had 4 kids and 2 adults. Needless to say it was horrible! The hot tub was closed for “Maintanence”. There were 4 towels in the whole suite. I think the last time this place was updated was 1980! We stayed one night and booked 3. They wouldn’t refund my last two days. I had no problem paying the first night, but not refunding me the other nights was ridiculous. I talked to both the manager and general manager, they wouldn’t budge. We still left and got a room at The Lodge at Jackson Hole. Cheaper and way way way better!

Price is reasonable and the location is prefect for us with various great dinning options within minutes drive. Room was clean and spacious. Check-in was smooth with good COVID-19 precautions. Jordan at the front desk is very firendly and helpful.

Very spacious room. 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. Perfect for a family of 4! Two bathrooms, one shower no complaining when my teen daughter takes a forever shower. My ten year old son’s favorite thing was the lovely infinity pool and hot tub. Very clean, plenty of towels. In-room washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided. Full kitchen, plenty of parking. Easy to walk to local restaurants for meals.

The amenities are awesome! The pools and hot tub are sweet. The room is not a place you want to say for more than just to sleep. The curtains did not block out light, the shower head was chest high (not a joke), it needed a fresh coat of paint, and new light bulbs as not all of them worked.

We went through a 3rd party website that gave us a great deal. We researched their accommodations and their website stated "Our most affordable guest rooms, our comfortable Standard Two-Queen Rooms are ideal for budget-conscious travelers and guests who plan to spend most of their time exploring Jackson Hole." This sounded great. When we arrived, we had a One-Queen Room. This room is not listed as one of their accommodations on the main website. (The only way to find this room is to make a reservation.) We also did not have a mini-fridge or microwave in the room which we were planning to have. When we asked about it, they stated these rooms don't come with a mini-fridge, but there should be a microwave in there. I went on their website later to find the information for this room and found that it is supposed to include a microwave AND a compact refrigerator. After discussing this with the front desk, they offered to change our room and then asked where we booked through. We told them and suddenly they couldn't do anything for us. They told us the website we used was lying to us, but I think that's just the pot calling the kettle black. The room and pool area were clean which is why I gave 2 stars, but otherwise we were not impressed with the size of the bathroom, the tv on the wall to the left of the bed, the weird doors that led to small hallways to the rooms next door, and the broken curtain rod.
