We are in the middle of a pandemic and they still won't let you cancel your membership over the phone or online.

Over 550 per year for a membership PLUS extra for certain classes is absolutely ludicrous. I just moved back to Jackson and wanted to go to the Y because I used to love it when I went as a teen/young adult but I can't justify spending that much money.

Wish they had maybe some advanced, more mobile, resistance machines & wish there were showers with curtains for a little more privacy. I also wish they were open later sometimes lol. Just some thoughts. Most of the people have been awesome by the way too \u200d️
