I am a client of Karing Touch and can guarantee this is a fraudulent claim. She is always VERY professional and accommodating! I have also had gift certificates, and have had to cancel and she was more than happy to reschedule and even stayed late to accommodate my schedule. She has always worked with me regarding my schedule. Very relaxing environment, professional, and I will continue to recommend her services. You must have the wrong spa!

I personality bought a gift certificate from KaringTouchDaySpa . I have nothing but high praise for Karen she is such a professional with the work she does. I've had several neck surgeries and lower spine. Surgeries. When I went in to see her I had one heck of a headache. After Karen finished massaging my neck my headache and pain went away. I highly recommend her to all my friends and enemies. Believe she has a couple truly magical hands.

Very rude and a direct person. I had received a gift certificate and had to cancel but she said I used it because I didn't cancel in timely matter. I recommend Visiting another professional salon where they are accommodating!
