A lot of times you don't really know what you are paying for with a maintenance contract...well, until you need to use it. Our copier at FPC Lexington started giving us some issues with some error codes. I called the help desk and requested service. Josh Stamey came out and checked things out and ordered the correct parts. He got us working again. In the meantime, the hard drive was going out and it quit again before he could get back. I called service back and Josh came out the same day because our parts had come in that morning. Josh was here for a couple of hours working. He was very professional and our machine is up and running perfectly!! Tim Barlow and his team in Jackson have went above and beyond to keep us running with as little down time as possible. In a day where customer service is hit or miss and people don't always act like they enjoy being at work, MCC Jackson is a step above the rest. Thank you Tim & Josh and the help desk for working so quickly!
Bill and I have had Tim Barlow and MCC provide our copy machine lease for years! The service is always handled so promptly and efficiently. They have helped us many times learn features to allow our copy machine to help us work smarter in a busy dental office!! Tim is a good friend and we appreciate his attention to make our plan with them as economical as possible!!

The savings was very significant and greatly appreciated in this challenging economy where very penny counts. They created a win-win for both parties which is the way they and we like to do business. Rehoboth Baptist Church Review Today November 16, Tim Barlow and Randy Weir delivered a new Toshiba copier to the church. I must say they were more than kind and helpful in helping us understand the equipment. How to use it and what all it does. The deliverers and installers was very nice in what all they did. Tim and Randy made themselves available for whenever we might need them for in the future. We were very please with their service.
