Did not receive a bill. Tried to activate my online account. I have wasted an hour on this and am now locked out. This is outrageous. Please make a website that actually works. Told I would receive an email. It has not come.

I like that you can usually get in and out quickly to pay your bill or get information at this location. The service is always great! They are closed for an hour at lunch time 1pm to 2pm
