Delicious coffee and pastries, and friendly staff! Also the atmosphere of the shop is delightful. Their attention to detail is top notch! Edit: we came here every single day of our trip! It was that good. I highly recommend the vanilla latte and their bacon, egg, and cheese croissant.

Loved the food. Loved the place and staff. Definitely visit this place when you are in Jackson, Wyoming. I didn't even know the name of what i ordered, showed them a picture of another reviewer's order lol. Did not regret it at all.

The first time we went to Persephone, it was amazing! When we went this morning, though, the quality of the food was not great. We first ordered the Shakshuka, which was fantastic last time, but was so salty this time that neither my boyfriend or I could eat it - and I hate returning food unless I absolutely have to. The staff were wonderful and friendly, and replaced it with a different dish. The replacement dish we got was supposed to come with a poached egg, except the one we received had no yolk! Just a ball of egg whites. I think a little more quality control coming out of the kitchen would be a bit helpful. That being said, the ambience at Persephone is great, and the staff are always kind.

I ate there every day over 4 days. I had seven different dishes over my 4 days in Jackson. Every dish was superb. This Has to be among the top 10 restaurants I’ve ever eaten at in the world. No kidding

Already came on multiple occasions and will continue to keep coming back! The coffee is delicious, as are the baked goods at the counter. I’ve tried most of them by now, my favorite being the double chocolate walnut cookie (if you have a sweet tooth) and the ham and cheese croissant (savory). I’ve also tried a few of their sandwiches, and while very delicious, I don’t particularly love baguettes because of the extra crunchy outside and so much effort in chewing. Just a personal preference. Don’t let that stop you from trying one of your own though!

This is one of the most reviewed places in Jackson on Yelp and it's for a good reason. We saw they had our favorite pastry, Kouign Amann, and we had to come here to get it. In addition to that, we got an Almond Croissant and the Cinnamon Brioche. Kouign Amann was hands down my favorite. You just can't beat it. It's kind of like a croissant but sweeter. I also loved the almond croissant. The cinnamon brioche was ok, but it was a little dry. They don't post their pastry menu online which isn't great for covid. Luckily it's really quick to go inside and grab a couple to go. This is definitely a great place to stop in Jackson!

Persephone's is the type of bakery that makes you want to try everything on their menu, because every item looks, smells, and tastes amazing. This is not your average bakery, this place knows what it's doing from the crust to icing. The first thing you'll notice about the food is that their crusts are expertly made. Whether it's the crisp quiche shell (no soggy bottoms), or the crunchy French bread, they know how to do amazing things with a little flour and butter. The second thing I love about this place is that their baked goods aren't overly sweet. They aren't trying to hide anything. And last, their coffee is fantastic. The ambiance is quaint and charming, exhibiting a preference for the communal table movement. While there are a few individual tables, you should sit where you can meet others, because it's a fun and eclectic crowd that visits this spot.

I can't speak for the baked goods as I don't indulge.. however I was disappointed in the lack of milk alternatives and non-existence of sugar free flavoring. Staff was eh, tea was eh. The individual I went with also bought a small drink and it was not filled but maybe halfway..just overall disappointed.
