I cannot recommend this company high enough. Very prompt service and reasonable prices, very polite and helpful people. We used them for sewer and drain problems. Will use them for any other problems that we have around the house. You can't' go wrong with this company. Really nice to deal with fair and honest people in these troubled times.

Jackson Plumbing installed a new water heater for me and I was very happy with the quality of work and with the friendliness and professional manner of the technicians. They didn't waste any time and had the entire job completed in about 3 hours. I had considered doing the job myself but decided to let Jackson handle it and I'm glad that I did. They did a terrific job.

My husband & I are very happy with the quality of work & professionalism of Jackson services. We had a water heater installed and a major leak repaired, including new supply lines installed. They came out at 8:00 p.m. to fix our problem, & returned promptly the following day to complete the work. The lady who gave them a one star review has apparently never checked the cost of plumbing repair. This company is very comparable to other plumbers in cost, & we felt that they were honest. We will definitely use again.

The quality of the repair was fine but I paid 5 extra days for a water leak. Tech came Saturday afternoon and really didn't want to do it so he put me off till Wednesday, ok fine its whatever but the leak was exactly where I said it was and it was only 1 foot in the ground. Simple repair and they charged me 500 for that. Will never use them for anything again.
