This place is a joke. I don’t know how it’s still even open, the nurse/front desk person has got to be the most rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and ignorant person I’ve ever seen that works in healthcare, I’d rather sit in a 8 hour ER wait time than have my child ever be treated by this place. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

I don’t know why I continue to come to this clinic. My son has Adhd, and I’ve been getting around for nearly three weeks concerning his medicine needing an authorization. I was told to call Walgreens to get the from sent over and I did that. After which I called to make sure it was received and was told yes. I was then told that Dr.Gibson would sent a message to put in the authorization. When I called back the following week I was told it was never received, and that he would need to call It back in. I then had my mother to go to the clinic in hopes to speak with Dr.Gibson and was told that she would email her. After waiting two days I heard nothing back. When I called to schedule an appointment with the provider they refused stating that they would once again email her. I’ve never been refused an appointment. She continued to tell me that I would not be able to call in my own appointments for my son without the approval of the provider first. I asked her (Tonya) since when this this change take place and she then scheduled an appointment over into the following week. All while my sons grades are continuing to drop. I’ve never felt so disrespected. They shouldn’t work the job that they work if they don’t want to help parents who are only concerned about their child. I will keep looking for another way to report this situation beyond a review. I love the provider she’s a great doctor but the front desk reps I just can not understand how they can be so unprofessional.
Dr. Gibson is a warm and caring doctor. She really takes time to made her patients feel comfortable. She addresses all issues you might have.

They charged me 10 for an after hour call, but no one even called back when I called. This place is a scam. Even if you have medicaid they try to charge you for things. They’re very unprofessional, so if you want the best for your child don’t go here. I called about my child being constipated for over more than a week, and the nurse simply said to give him syrup. Everyone knows you’re not supposed to give a baby corn syrup under a year. Dont go here!!! I should’ve listened to the other bad reviews!!!! These people do not care about your kids, only money!!
Okay, so I usually don’t do reviews about anything but giving a “child” bad care gets me. The receptionist is unprofessional and untrained. The only nurse that this clinic has seems as if she doesn’t enjoy dealing with babies, or children for that matter and their parents. Her communication skills are terrible. Her attitude is ridiculous with her patients. I don’t think she should have a license in pediatric care. Dr. Gibson is uninformed as well. My question is how can you have an entire office of untrained people in the medical field and it still be open for the public? I hate one star is the lowest rating.
The young lady at the front desk always seems to have an attitude with me. She’s does a good job at making me feel like my sons needs aren’t important. She gives me the run around constantly. They can’t seem to get my sons medication right, but the girl always gets an attitude with me when I ask them to write the right one so that I can get it filled. She told me that I would have to wait two days to get the doctor to write it because she has other Patients to see about! I’m very aggravated and annoyed with the service that I’ve gotten from this young women. If you don’t want to help parents then you shouldn’t have a job working at a clinic!
