What an amazing place to hunt. I had more fun that one well then I've had in a long time hunting elsewhere. All the guides and cooks are fantastic people.

Visited Thornbury Plantation with my wife and 6 year old son for a family weekend and annual Duck Hunt with friends. Wonderful experience from start to finish - the atmosphere created and maintained by everyone at Thornbury allowed for one of the most enjoyable hunts I have ever had. We will be recommending Thornbury and already have made plans to return! Thank you to the Burgwyn Family, also to Walt & Shay for making sure dinner was served, and special thanks to Barry - we are all better shots due to your instruction! See everyone soon!

Our company hunted here about 5 years ago...the best hospitality, hunting, and service we have seen in a hunting lodge from any of the others we have stayed. 3 out of the 4 of us has kills, looking forward to booking there again soon.
