Horrible interaction with their billing dept. Mrs. Annette was immediately defensive. She raised her voice and tone and immediately placed blame on me vs their billing system. Didn't take long to request her manager who was Carey. She was equally horrible to speak with. No consideration for the customer. I was willing to meet halfway but they would not even listen or entertain the thought. They blamed me and my insurance for them billing me two months on a single statement and then sending that statement two months later. It's simple, the first statement we received this year was April and it had Jan and Feb charges on it. If they had promptly sent a bill with January charges on it vs. 2 months worth of charges then we would have had the equipment picked up sooner and happily paid the balance. Again, never had a company more not willing to work with or even listen to their customer. If you have a choice, I would recommend anyone but Med Center Med Products. I have never had that bad of an interaction with a company before.
