After getting bids through others, I was certain that I was making the right decision to go with Zimmer. Communication was timely, thorough, and accurate. The quote was also very accurate and competitive, but the level of service provided was exceptional. The people that came out to measure and do the install were also very polite, timely, and most importantly, did an excellent job with the install. They went the extra mile to communicate, let me know about some of the things I didn't think about, and make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. There were no surprises along the way and I couldn't be happier with the results. I would 100% recommend Zimmer to anyone looking for quality stone work. Too many companies these days are super busy and are just focused on completing transactions. You all took the time to listen, get it done right, and stayed on budget. Thanks again!
