Update, Manager reached out and gave me steps to do for following review. Big plus on my end. I know kitchen staff have bad days because we are all human, but following up takes time and shows they manager CARES. Changing my review to 5 star because of the follow-up. Food was cold and but tasty. Wish I could give a better review because I loved the atmosphere in there.

Our waiter, while very pleasant, was definitely overwhelmed. Our order took quite a while to get after ordering and ordering itself took long. I had the Johnny which is always a win. The kids food was cold when we received it. We also had the Prickly pear drink which was extremely sweet and a Peach sangria.
Upon entry we could smell the foul odor from the kitchen, like old cheese. We were seated close to the cooking area. After a few minutes, water started dripping down our backs and head, we had to quickly get out of our spots. We noticed several towels on the floor in other areas of the restaurant, apparently the ceiling had leaks. After 5 minutes of standing there, nobody even bothered to sit us or apologized for what happened. Told our waiter that we got wet, all he said was \i heard\. The food came quickly, but meat are undercooked. What a dissappointing dinner for a special occassion.
Our waiter Tom was great! I loved his friendly enthusiastic personality and he made sure we were well taken care of. He conversed politely and also knew when to give space. The atmosphere was pleasant and the food was amazing as always!
Been going for many many years!! Always on point love it when my favorite Chef Eric is working. The guy really cares about his job.
