Dr. Beattie is wonderful. She explains all the options and is thorough when teaching how to use and insert the hearing aids into the ear. Her office staff is very pleasant and they work well as a team. I liked that she followed up with a phone call to check on my husband and how he was adjusting to wearing the devices. Nice touch!

Great service & Great people This visit was sort of “uncharted waters”for me, having never been to an audiologist before. I did know that I had a problem and needed help. The important facts that you need to know are that Dr. Beattie is obviously highly qualified. She listens (no pun intended) and asks obviously relevant questions. I never felt hurried and, at the end of my appointment I felt I had a full understanding of my hearing situation. As such, I really can’t recommend Dr Beattie, and her staff, highly enough. Like I said above, great people and great service.
