Jeremy came out and was able to quickly assess the repair to our master bath shower glass. The office scheduled the job the same day. Alex did a fantastic job (neat, fast and affordable) fixing the glass and when I asked if he could take a look at our difficult to open sliding glass door he was able to come up with a solution. He fixed it right then and there and now it works perfectly. We have called on Lee & Cates Glass through the years for various reno projects and repairs and they always rise to the occasion. I had 7 windows replaced and a glass top for dresser. Everything came correctly. Installers did a great job. Went so well, I ordered 4 more new windows. Highly recommend
Repair to shower door was good—not to like new status. Final bill was higher than quoted over the phone. They’ll get the job done—kinda like expecting steak dinner when you get home but getting a ham sandwich, instead. Not bad, but expected more.
