This store deserves every bit of 5 stars. Everyone is amazing and helpful. They stand by their products and their warranties. Just dealt with Amanda and a salt cell warranty and she didn’t hesitate one second. I had a new cell in a couple of days. No question. They always tell me about the sale items in the store, or a cheaper replacement item. Really great people that have earned my business over more than 10 years. Highly recommend this location.

I had to scrub the pool myself after they left. They are too expensive not to do a thorough job on basic pool maintenance. They do the bare minimum.

Refused service today because I was t wearing a mask. I’ve been a customer there for 25 years. Told the owner I wouldn’t be back if that was use position and he basically told me he didn’t care.

Every time I use this location they are so great in helping me get what I need to make this pool of mine function. They answer all my really redundant questions with ease. I never have to feel like they are pressuring me to buy something i don't really need, and that speaks volumes. The guys and gal that work here are GREAT!!!!

I just recently moved to JAX Beach and our new dream home has a pool. I am a first time pool owner, and I was straight up SCARED of what we had taken on. I called Pinch A Penny and they were at my house the next day. I have never been so happy with someone and the ability to make some one like me understand how to manage our dream pool.
