My wife and I went for some clarification related to Homestead. The front desk was super efficient, courteous and friendly. We had appointment and were met even 10 mins. before the scheduled time. Melody upstairs was friendly, very efficient and competent. We got all our things done within 20 mins and had to go downstairs to clarify somethings. We were in and out. All in all, it was a great experience. Coming from South Florida it was real nice to see such friendly atmosphere. Parking was easy across the street. The operation is very well streamlined. The place was very neat and clean.
