My daughter is a single parent. The parent help center has taken her two boys and taught them a better way to behave. My grand kids are happy, doing better in school, and showing daughter the respect she deserves. I am reading the book as a grandma working with the same key phrases my daughter uses. Like is it worth it? and Whatever it takes. The parent support she attends has been extremely helpful to her and relaxes her approach. 5 stars!!!

The Parent Help Center is a wonderful place. Be mindful though parents, it is not just for misbehaving children. They are also there to help teach us lost parents how to get control back and how to keep it. I feel much better armed to keep going with a positive can-do attitude and the support is continuous, not just during camps. Everyone who works at the camp really does care. They are all vested in the success of the campers. Many people you meet have gone through the program themselves and are volunteering to give back because it helped their families so much. The engagement of parents is key though. This isn't a one and done thing. It is a lifestyle change that parents have to make if they want to succeed. I'm thankful that we participated this summer, and this last weekend camp. I highly recommend you do it, parents, I know we will continue to be apart of this \family\ for years to come.

This program is not meant to change your child's behavior. This program is meant to help you, as the parent, change your parenting style which is what got you to this point in the first place....that is a hard pill to swallow. Maybe you were inconsistent; too lenient; didn't enforce consequences...whatever it was, Mr. Glenn and his staff will empower you with the tools you need to be the parent your child needs- nurturing, loving yet assertive and determined. I struggled with my strong-willed child for years and I knew if I did not do something drastic, he may go down the wrong path. Best decision of my life. It will be hard. You as the parent are going to put all your effort into following the steps provided but I promise you that Mr. Glenn, his staff along with the parents who've been through the program will be there to empower you along the way. Your child will not want to come to camp because he is used to having things his way but sometimes tough love is for the best. He will not hate you for sending him there; no you are not a bad parent for considering this; and yes, your family dynamic can improve. The boys at camp are not abused, neglected or harmed in anyway. This is not a boot camp or a discipline camp. Every person at the Parent Help Center is determined to help your child be the best version of himself. I am forever grateful for Mr. Glenn, Ms. Sheila, Ms. Lynn and the rest of the amazing staff for giving my son the tools he needs to excel in life and for empowering me to not give in and fall into his manipulation tactics. It's not a miracle cure- we still have hiccups and hurdles but I promise it's worth it.

This last weekend when me and my husband we did the weekend success camp was such a great experience for us as a family. I loved to know that I had so much in common with all the testimonials we had from the other parents. For the first time in my life I felt I was not alone on this Journey. All the stories really hit home and brought me memories to when we been in the same situation. I was so impressed with the love they give the families and most importantly the support.

Mr Glenn and Sheila Ellison and the entire staff saved my son. The program is truly an eye-opener for our entire family. The parental trainings, videos, handbook etc is excellent. They guide the boys to learn that life is serious - working with boys to be independent. We are forever indebted to Success camp and the parent help center.
