The guys at Jacobson’s Marine are awesome. I came in and met with Tom when my old motor gave up right in the middle of a short fishing season. I was desperate to get back on the water right away. Tom walked me through my options and helped me make the right decision for my boat. In the end I had to get an engine shipped from another dealer and Tom did not benefit at all from that sale. Even though Tom did not sell me an engine, he prioritized getting my engine installed and made sure I was well take care. The team that did rigging did amazing work and were conscientious about taking good care of my boat. Kevin in service is awesome and was fast and effective to communicate with. The team at Jacobson’s are easy to work with and I am confident that I this relationship will last a long time. My only regret is that I wish that I could have purchased my motor from Tom. He did all the work and got none of the benefit. For sure I owe him my future business. Thanks guys!

We worked with John in parts several times for our 2010 Graddy White 330 Express. They were always ready to help and have straight forward and simple advice. Both times the parts came in on time and right on price. I would recommend them to anyone.

Brought my boat in for warranty work. I called, talked with Tom. He said it would be about a week and it took exactly a week. Very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

We first met Tom Ross of Jacobsen's Marine at the Seattle Boat Show this year and were impressed with the Grady-Whites. Ultimately, in late March we traded in our Bayliner Trophy sterndrive for a G-W 24' outboard---the entire transaction went very well. We had a variety of options and alterations and everything went according to the timetable and within budget. Tom was low-pressure and enjoyable to work with, and is full of integrity (he really impressed me when he thought to turn the radar off in the marina during the sea trial). He has a lot of experience with these boats and the industry in general. I would not hesitate to buy another boat from him or to refer a friend to him. By the way, the other folks in the shop seemed genuinely friendly -- the mechanics, boat-washers, all appreciated us as customers. We're already using the boat for our research.

Last year we had to repower with a new outboard. Jacobsen's helped us hang and rig our engine. This year when the lower unit went out, I called Tom. We had a trip planed and it revolved around our boat. I dropped the boat off with Tom on a thursday morning of a holiday weekend. By that afternoon a warranty claim was filed and parts were on order. The following Tuseday Tom called me up and siad your boat is ready to go. Unbelievable! I called around to other friends in the industry. I was told this kind of work would require 8 weeks lead time. In less than a week Tom and his team did what would be imposiable for other guys around the sound. When I picked up my boat, the mechanic Willy wanted to come over and explain his work and what he did. That is pride and a happy team. We own a boat, so we know we will have problems agian. Im just glad to know Tom and his team at Jacobson's.

I bought a new Edge Marine in Southern Oregon and hauled it all the way to Seattle for the install of an Etec 250. Terry offered a price that made the trip well worth it. Leading up to the install date, Terry was badgered with dozens of calls and emails regarding the motor, install, and options. (I may be a bit over-thorough.) He handled all inquiries with courtesy and professionalism. Upon arrival, I was greeted by TJ, the installer. Since it's hard to find people to do work correctly instead of quickly, I walked through the install with TJ expressing my expectations. Even so, I expected I'd have to fix some things upon completion, as that seems to be the way of things when others are doing work for me. When I arrived back at Jacobsen's for the pick-up, TJ walked me through the install. I could sense a feeling of pride in his work, and a quick inspection showed why. Three months later, I have been into every nook of my new boat performing various installs (autopilot, vhf, electronics...) and I am so pleased with the quality of work from Jacobsen's and TJ. Thanks Terry for the great customer service and thanks TJ for taking pride in good work.
