My husband and I purchased a hot tub from Jacuzzi Superstore in December, ready for my lockdown birthday in February 2021. When we first enquired we were still in the midst of Lockdown V2.0, Jamie called us to get a better idea on what our requirements were. He was very helpful, and provided a lot of information about the models we were interested in, before inviting us down to the Covid secure showroom once Lockdown had ended. Once we had made our choice (which we are extremely happy with!) the guys who helped deliver and install the hot tub were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves, and also gave us a rundown on how to ensure our jacuzzi chemicals were topped up correctly. We have been very well looked after by Jamie and his team, thank you so much!

Hi Lisa We have already had a new pump fitted by a more reliable and professional local company. Owing to the lack of customer service, communication skills and poorly trained engineers who work for your company we won’t be using your services again. It’s quite apparent that your company only wants to sell expensive hot tubs and offer a very poor after sales experience. I certainly won’t be recommending you to anyone I know. The company we are now using has reported picking up so much of your engineering work and repairs where you have failed to either communicate or kept them waiting for repair or replacement parts over the past years. Jacuzzi store on site is a mess. Couldn't say I'd buy from there judging by poor maintainance. Lids covered in green and ex-demo tubs reduced for sale at inflated prices (more than new ones online) in poor state. Very aggressive and pushy staff that don't understand English phrases like \We're just looking\ and hang over you like flies over dog poop. Store is pretty, but everything is over priced. Seen better specimens of plants at half the price nearby. Go here for inspiration only but save your pennies.

From start to finish so helpful excellent staff catered for my every need and aftersale care spot on when had mine installed the guys cleaned up even asked if it was ok to walk on my lawn I would defo recommend them to everyone well done guys .
