Bad experience with them. The office does not know who my agent is and as a result I was unable to get help. I told the secretary that whoever's cashes my checks should be my agent. She did not know who he or she is. Because of that, they could not provide assistance. I had to call Capitol and ask their customer service for assistance with what I needed. Maybe my agent will contact me after this review.
