I had a great experience purchasing my 2021 Land Rover Defender from Jaguar Land Rover Lakeside. I worked with Mike Hinkley, my sales consultant during the custom ordering process, he then kept me informed as the vehicle was built, shipped to the US, and delivered. Mike had the vehicle in their presentation showroom the first time I saw it- it was perfect. The Defender is everything I was expecting and more. I originally was going to purchase my car from another dealer, but I just didnt love the all black interior, when I asked my salesman to find what I really wanted, he said \it would be impossible & that I was lucky they had that one in stock\. I called around to other dealerships and thats when I ran into Mike Hinkley...and boy, let me tell you I'm so happy I did. Mike was AWESOME!!! Not only did he call me back within 20 minutes and tell me he found my car, he kept me updated every step of the way up until delivery. He even put a nice red bow on it and kept it indoors until I was able to pick it up :) First Class service from A to Z...if you're in the market for a beautiful Rover, definitely give him a call.
