Had a fantastic purchase experience a Porsche of Greenville / Greenville Luxury buying my 911 Carrera S. I'd like to give a special thnks to the great staff including Richard, Jared, Richard and Steve! My only bad interaction was with with Amil, who was the pushiest and most un-professional F&I rep I have ever dealt with. He nearly caused me to but a car elsewhere but Jared and Richard along with their General Manager smoothed things over. Since it was just the one employee who I had a teerible experience with I won't hold it against the dealership as on the whole I have received stellar custopmer service from, before, during, and after the sale

The salesperson I had was wonderful and very helpful. Stayed with me through the whole process and made the buying process easier. Everyone was nice and friendly. Live 3 1/2 hrs away but would travel there again to purchase another vehicle.

Had a good car buying experience. I've had an issue with trying to get a question answered by the finance department. 3 messages with not one return call. Apparently after you buy, you no longer are eligible to receive any service. Updated...surprise! They called me back (after this post) while I was at work. When I called back an hour later, no answer and the voice mail of the person who called me was \full\. Lowering from 2 stars to 1 star.

Top not staff and facility. Scheduled appointment went well and a very nice lounge to wait in. They took great care of my vehicle and I as I did leave with a smile. I would recommend possibly some massage options or food while you wait but you can't have everything lol.
