Well what can i say i had the worse experience ever i called in the surgery to make an appointment which i did i was given the appointment for the next morning as my wife is pregnant and suffering a really bad lower back problem when i went to the surgery i was blatantly told that you dnt have an appointment i had the confirmation message for the appointment and showed them and they told me its a computer error . I was like wow the staff there seems like they work for free will treat you like garbage. just saying don't intend to sign in this GP and thanks me later.

Absolutely awful GP Practice. My GP refuses to give me an appointment, saying that my term-time accommodation is too far (despite me coming back to Edgware on a regular basis and being willing to travel the distance for my appointments). This has prevented me from being able to get my medication. Reception staff are unable to speak to patients in an appropriate manner and are in dire need of (re)training. Staff are unable to fill out simple one-page forms required for student finance.

Very unsatisfied and unhappy with the service provided by one of the receptionists at this GP. I will be switching surgeries to get the correct service and treatment patients deserve. The doctors here are good but, sadly due to the Receptionist that they have chosen to be the first point of contact for patients, I would not recommend this GP. She does not have the skills to speak to patients in an appropriate manner. If you want to have a nice and sensitive person picking up the phone when you are ill do not attend this GP.

I thought I’d finally found a good GP. Easy to book and friendly receptionists. But, obviously, it’s not all rainbows and sunshine. I was at an appointment around 5/6 weeks ago in which I was given a referal. Have yet to receive the letter which I was told would arrive within 2 weeks. Shame.
