It's uniqueness dwells in the Maan Stambh. Jain temples, mostly are constructed with one Maan Stambh, a high columnar structure on the top of which four idols of Jain Gods (Teerthankar) is installed. In Kasan ji, this Maan Stambh is made with stairs to get to the top, which is unique and claimed to be first in India.
