This is mendatory to give this third class guest house. That's why i sm giving 1star. Amit vyas is no.1 froud and sense less man. He is doing all kind of illigal things. And also he is verry good in cheating people in about to money and other lots of things.

If I m not wrong Hotel Industry works on Customer satisfaction Customer delight. But staff here don't even care how to deal with their customers. They don't even know what customer satisfaction is, so its worthless to expect customer delight from them. Very bad experience. Also they have made stage over swimming pool by placing some wooden blocks, they don't even care about the security of their guest. Stage was so bouncy, infact funny. So if anyone don't know, how to Dance just land over their and you will dance automatically. Male staff asking Girls in order to check their bags, there should be a female if you wanna check. There is nothing much to say, not even a single thing is there to say . It's unbearable, nightmare . Don't ever visit this place. Very bad service, poorly maintained rooms n surroundings, rude staff, The decision of meeting the owner was worst as he had no sense to talk , with a beer in his hand, He had no manners to talk to a women his tone was so high and rude that make other staff people around him put their head down in shame. Away from the city hazel you come to relax and not to bear such arrogance that the owner had. If given an opportunity to stay free in his resort i would not , nor will recommend such pathetic place to someone,

Not at all worthy. The guy who is managing this property highlighting here Mr. Vyas is not the man of his own words. We close to 25 guys went there for New Year Eve 2018-2019- the things which his staff has promised we don't even get that. Pathetic experience. Instead of morning Tea, the Gentleman asked us at what time you guys will "leave". Staff was: Arrogant, non co-operative, outrageous. Don't even deserve 1 star, but it mandatory to rate. Overall very bad experience.

I recently visited the club with friends.But I am really disappointed, club has no class. It is better than hell. The manager don't know how to talk with customers. Will never go there.
