Let's just imagine I ordered their milkshake. It was 5/5 but I would rate the restaurant as 3/5 because I actually ordered smoothie which didn't taste like a smoothie at all. Maybe there a glitch in order, maybe the glitch was in the mind of the preparer but whatever be it , 3 stars. Packaging was good enough, on time delivery and the shake met expectations while smoothie didn't :p
